Frequently Asked Questions

The most common questions before booking

Absolutely not. The price you see is the price you pay — period. Our packages include the professional attendant, custom photo template, all props, setup, and breakdown. There are no travel fees within NYC, no overtime surprises, and no "premium" add-ons we spring on you after booking. We built our reputation on transparency, and we intend to keep it.
We require a small deposit to hold your date — typically 25–30% of the package price. If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund of the deposit up to 30 days before your event. For cancellations within 30 days, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Life happens — we get it, and we'll always try to find a solution.
For weekend events — especially weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and corporate parties — we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. Spring and fall wedding weekends book out 3–6 months early. That said, if your event is coming up soon, always reach out — we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings and even offer same-day delivery when available.
